一氧化氮(NO)由一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)合成。本文综述了一氧化氮(NO)在肺内的生成以及NO在肺脏这一非常复杂的化学环境中与其他物质发生的化学反应,并阐述了NO在肺脏生理和病理中的作用。
