正畸治疗过程中个人口腔保健措施对牙龈炎的影响

摘要：

正畸过程通常持续1～2年时间,正畸矫治装置的戴入,使患者口腔微生态环境发生改变,给口腔清洁带来了一定的困难,此过程中患者的个人口腔保健尤为重要。恰当的个人口腔卫生保健措施,不仅能保持口腔清洁,对防治口腔疾病如牙龈炎等的发生,保证正畸治疗的顺利进行也有积极意义。本文就正畸治疗过程中个人口腔保健可以采取的措施,包括物理性的清洁措施(牙刷和牙缝清洁器材)和化学性的清洁措施(牙膏和漱口水),对牙龈炎的影响作一综述。
