摘要：

心肺体外循环可诱发炎症细胞因子的释放,引起免疫炎症反应,与术后左室壁运动异常和心肌缺血的发生相关。减轻炎症反应的措施有血液滤过、腺苷酸、皮质激素及抑肽酶的应用。
