摘要：

介绍慢性疼痛和认知行为疗法的概念、疼痛认知理论及国内外从心理层面评估疼痛认知的测量工具,综述认知行为疗法对疼痛干预的作用及认知行为治疗疼痛的研究现状,提出从患者的疼痛认知行为这一心理层面对其进行有效干预,为患者更有效地参与疼痛管理提供补充是今后研究的方向。
