中老年关节炎患者自我效能感及影响因素调查分析

摘要：

目的:了解中老年关节炎患者的自我效能状况及其影响因素。方法:运用一般资料表、关节炎自我效能量表、简明疼痛量表、老年抑郁量表及社会支持量表,对197例中老年关节炎患者进行调查分析。结果:患者自我效能感得分的中位数为3.00(QL=2.38)。影响自我效能感的主要因素是疼痛干扰程度、抑郁水平及相熟朋友数。结论:中老年关节炎患者自我效能水平较低,应针对其影响因素采取相应干预措施,提高其自我效能感。
