关系社会资本的交互效应对新创企业发展绩效影响的纵向案例研究

摘要：

对6家新创企业进行动态跟踪案例研究,探讨网络联系在企业成长过程中对企业绩效的作用机制,并引入信任的权变因素,探究它们对网络联系与企业绩效的权变效应。研究结果显示:1从创业机会开发到企业成长阶段,强联系的作用程度逐渐降低,弱联系的作用程度逐渐增强;2在创业机会开发阶段,强联系通过情感信任的中介作用发挥对创业绩效的影响;3在新企业成长阶段,认知信任正向调节弱联系对创业绩效的影响。
