摘要：

由于功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)缺乏特异性生化指标,故临床上常借鉴量表测评方法对其进行量化评估。目前,功能性胃肠病相关量表主要有胃肠症状等级评估量表、胃肠道症状积分问卷、尼平消化不良指数等11种,主要从症状改善和健康相关的生活质量等方面进行综合疗效评价。相关中医量表研制稀少,且量表的临床可操作性较低。
