摘要：

心理应激是机体通过认识、评价而察觉到应激原的威胁时引起的心理、生理机能改变的过程。由于心理应激几乎总是伴随情绪反应,以往对于心理应激对认知功能影响的研究多在一定情绪状态下进行。最近的研究表明应激所致糖皮质激素升高和应激引发情绪反应所致儿茶酚胺和糖皮质激素升高对认知功能有不同影响,本文对此作一综述。
