多市场接触、市场集中度与企业非伦理行为

摘要
基于中国财产保险行业的二手数据,本研究探讨了多市场接触对企业非伦理行为的影响,并分析了市场集中度的调节效果。研究结果显示,多市场接触正向影响企业非伦理行为,且市场集中度可以调节多市场接触与企业非伦理行为间的关系。具体而言,在完全竞争和垄断竞争市场中,多市场接触与企业非伦理行为之间的正向关系随市场集中度的升高而增强,但在寡头垄断市场中,随着市场集中度的升高,这种正向关系不复存在,多市场接触负向影响企业非伦理行为。研究结果支持了相互节制假说,与现实市场中多市场接触对企业伦理决策的影响相一致。该结果说明,现实中政府或监管部门对企业非伦理行为的治理不仅要关注行为主体,也要关注行为主体所处的市场结构。
