补肾壮阳类健康产品中艾地那非的检测方法研究

摘要：

目的建立补肾壮阳类健康产品中艾地那非的检测方法。方法采用HPLC-DAD、HPLC-MS/MS对补肾壮阳类健康产品中非法添加的艾地那非进行检测。结果对43批次补肾壮阳类健康产品进行检测,发现有3个批次的样品非法添加了西地那非的新型衍生物,经确证为艾地那非。结论建立的方法准确、专属性强,可作为艾地那非的检测方法。
