大脑皮层-肌肉交互作用与注意力关系的实验研究

摘要:
为探索注意力因素对大脑皮层与肌肉交互作用的影响,5名健康受试者被要求完成两种任务。在任务1时,受试者通过右手食指、拇指对捏维持2N的恒定力;在任务2时,为了分散受试者右手运动控制的注意力,除需完成任务1中右手动作外,还要通过左手食指外展保持一个大小随机的恒定力。实验过程中同步采集受试者脑电和肌电信号,并将皮层-肌肉耦合,即将脑电与肌电信号的频域相干作为表征大脑皮层与肌肉交互作用强弱的指标。结果显示,任务2与任务1相比,所有受试者其右手肌电信号与左侧大脑脑电信号的皮层-肌肉耦合强度显著降低。此结果表明,注意力可影响大脑皮层与肌肉的交互作用,且注意力越集中,大脑皮层与肌肉交互作用越强。这一结论对于是否将注意力因素引入到神经损伤患者的运动功能康复中具有一定指导作用。
