<正>2016年的世界意外连连,特别是出现了英国公投脱欧、特朗普上台等重大事件。在此背景下,西方民粹主义力量士气大振,颇有星火燎原、趁乱上位之势。其中,法国老牌极右翼政党国民阵线尤其引人注目。但2017年5-6月法国接连举行的总统及国民议会选举并未飞出"黑天鹅",却跑出一匹"黑马":中间派独立候选人马克龙及其领导的共和国前进党(1)相继取胜,不仅为法国和欧盟注入稳定
