媒体经常对医疗差错引起的灾难性后果曝光 ,但没有去发掘医疗差错的本质、范围与程度。临床医师、病人、决策者往往都低估了伤害的范围和程度。本文回顾了医疗差错的流行病学 ,讨论了差错的流行与后果、差错的常见类型、易发生差错的临床医师及导致差错的危险因素。
