体感交互技术对脑卒中患者执行功能的疗效

摘要
目的分析体感交互技术对脑卒中患者执行功能障碍康复的有效性。方法 78例初发脑卒中患者分为体感游戏干预组和常规康复对照组,最终干预组35例、对照组36例完成研究。对照组进行常规康复,干预组在对照组的基础上加用体感游戏Kinect航行获金币、高尔夫模式。干预前及干预4周后,采用执行缺陷综合征行为学评价(BADS)进行评测。结果两组干预前BADS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预4周后,BADS子测验及总标准分的差值干预组较对照组均提高(P<0.05)。结论体感交互技术可改善脑卒中患者的执行功能。
