摘要
ATP(adenosine 5’-triphophate)是一种嘌呤类物质,参与神经传递和神经调节。随着嘌呤、嘧啶受体亚家族研究的深入,ATP及其受体可能是多种疾病防治的潜在药物靶点。体外研究应用共振能量转移技术,指数级富集的配体系统进化技术及在体小干扰RNA技术可拓宽嘌呤信号转导研究的视野,也将推动其在疾病防治及药物筛选方面的研究进展。
