摘要：

磷脂酶A2是催化磷脂二位酰基水解的一大类酶族,是白三烯、前列腺素、血栓素A2、血小板活化因子、溶血磷脂等炎性介质生成的限速酶,在支气管哮喘发病中起重要作用,尤其以cPLA2为主。本文对cPLA2的激活及调节机制及其致哮喘的可能机制进行综述。
