摘要：

近年来,对于炎症性肠病的基因学的研究进展很快,目前发现杀菌/渗透性增高蛋白基因、CTLA-4基因多态性、TN-Fα-308等位基因、孕烷8受体靶基因调节障碍和N-乙酰化转移酶1(NAT1)基因多态性与炎症性肠病有密切关系。
