摘要：

<正>尽管抗生素以及复苏治疗近年来取得了长足的进步,全身性感染仍然是导致重症患者死亡的重要原因,病死率高达30%～70%。早期积极治疗对于改善感染患者预后具有重要临床意义。要想实现早期治疗,早期的诊断就显得十分重要和必要。
