邢台市学龄前儿童微量元素调查分析

摘要
目的了解邢台市0~6岁学龄前儿童微量元素的缺乏现状,指导临床给予合理补充,为儿童保健管理及喂养指导提供科学理论依据。方法对2010年1月~2011年12月在我院做儿童保健与健康体检的1576名儿童采集末梢血检测微量元素,采用卡方检验(Chi-square test)比较分析不同年龄、不同性别体内微量元素的差异。结果 1576名儿童中,发现缺铁972人(61.7%),缺锌954人(60.5%),缺铜434人(27.5%),缺钙12人(0.8%),缺镁4人(0.3%);0岁组缺铁、缺锌明显高于其他各年龄组,0~6个月组和学龄前组(3~6岁)缺铜较为明显,在不同年龄组间锌、铁含量比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同性别组间锌、铁含量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论儿童末梢血中微量元素缺乏较为常见,应适当补充锌、铁、铜含量丰富的食物,合理饮食,使体内微量元素达到平衡状态。
