半夏厚朴汤抗抑郁作用的研究-Ⅰ

摘要：

目的　研究半夏厚朴汤的抗抑郁作用。方法　采用小鼠强迫游泳、悬尾、育亨宾增强、高剂量阿扑吗啡拮抗等实验动物模型 ,评价半夏厚朴汤的抗抑郁作用。结果　半夏厚朴汤 2 0 0、5 0 0 mg/ kg能显著缩短小鼠强迫游泳、悬尾不动时间 ,5 0 ,2 0 0 ,5 0 0 mg/ kg能增强育亨宾对小鼠的毒性作用 ,5 0 0 mg/ kg能拮抗阿扑吗啡降低小鼠体温作用。结论　半夏厚朴汤具有显著的抗抑郁作用
