尿激酶、阿替普酶与瑞替普酶溶栓治疗肺栓塞对比研究

摘要：

目的:评价急诊应用尿激酶、阿替普酶与瑞替普酶溶栓治疗肺栓塞的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1月2013年1月急诊收治的急性大面积肺栓塞58例,分别给予静脉溶栓治疗,其中尿激酶18例,阿替普酶28例,瑞替普酶12例,观察三组溶栓有效率、出血不良反应、住院期间的病死率。结果:尿激酶组有效率77.6%,轻度出血4例,中度出血0例,住院期间死亡0例;阿替普酶组有效率82.3%,轻度出血6例,中度出血0例,住院期间死亡0例;瑞替普酶组有效率86.5%,轻度出血2例,中度出血0例,住院期间死亡0例。结论:尿激酶、阿替普酶与瑞替普酶溶栓治疗肺栓塞均有较高的有效性及安全性,阿替普酶及瑞替普酶较尿激酶的疗效及安全性好,出血风险较尿激酶低。
