原发性痛经的治疗药物和治疗靶点研究进展

摘要：

原发性痛经是妇女常见的一种疾病,其发病机制复杂,可能与内分泌失调、子宫收缩异常以及子宫缺血、缺氧等原因有关。目前,原发性痛经的治疗药物主要以非甾体抗炎药(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)及选择性COX-2抑制剂为主。但这些药物存在消化系统和心血管系统等不良反应,限制了其在临床的广泛应用。因此近年来人们开始重视研究开发新的高效低毒的原发性痛经治疗药物。本文对近年来原发性痛经治疗药物及治疗靶点的研究进展作一综述。
