摘要
毒理学关注阈值(threshold of toxicological concern,TTC)原则作为一项新的危险度评价原则,已经相继被多个国际组织认可和采纳,并成功应用于评价食物中低水平暴露的化学物质和调味料等物质的毒理学安全性,并在其它领域也显示出潜在应用价值。本文就TTC原则的概念、与毒理学毒性终点之间关系、TTC决策树的应用以及在危险度评价中的作用作简要综述。
