临床护理路径在慢性肝病合并腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期健康教育中的应用

摘要：

目的观察临床护理路径(CNP)在慢性肝病腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择慢性肝病合并腰椎间盘突出症患者63例,随机分为试验组(32例)及对照组(31例)。对照组采用传统健康教育模式,试验组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育。结果试验组的健康教育达标率及患者满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径的应用有助于提高围手术期健康教育达标率及患者满意度,有利于提高护理质量,是慢性肝病合并腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的重要措施。
