神经干细胞在脑损伤模型中的迁移、成活和神经生长因子表达

摘要
目的探讨神经干细胞在脑损伤模型中的迁移、成活和神经生长因子(NGF)表达。方法 SD大鼠30只随机分为3组:正常对照组(n=5)、损伤组(n=10)和移植组(n=15)。正常对照组不做任何处理,损伤组和移植组均制备脑损伤模型,且移植组大鼠从尾静脉注入外源性神经干细胞。并观察神经干细胞在大鼠脑内的迁移和存活情况,同时通过免疫组织化学染色检测各组大鼠脑内NGF阳性细胞数量。结果神经干细胞移植2周后,其向脑损伤区域发生迁移,并在损伤区域聚集和存活;且移植组NGF阳性细胞数目较正常对照组和损伤组显著增多(P<0.05)。结论外源性神经干细胞经尾静脉注射移植后能自动向脑损伤区域迁移、聚集并存活,并可促进受损脑内的NGF表达。
