摘要：

目的探讨尤瑞克林治疗大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将大面积脑梗死患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组(30例)接受常规治疗,治疗组(30例)在常规治疗的基础上给予尤瑞克林治疗。观察比较治疗前后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)、Barthel指数及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分,评估患者治疗效果。结果治疗10、20d后各项评分变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林注射液可以明显改善大面积脑梗死患者的意识及神经功能缺损,降低病死率,有助于改善预后,提高患者的存活率及生存质量。
