摘要
本文介绍了限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)以及构建RFLP连锁遗传图的基本程序,比较了这种分子标记与传统性状的区别,并综述了在以下几个方面的应用现状和前景,包括:品种鉴别,种质资源的筛选与评价,数量性状遗传位点(QTLs)的鉴别与定位以及杂种优势利用等。
