高效液相色谱法同时测定海水中孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿

摘要
建立了高效液相色谱同时测定海水中孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿的方法。方法在0 mg/L4.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿的最低检出限为0.02μg/L,平均加标回收率为88.2%104%,RSD为3.2%8.7%。
