通过分析英国拉夫堡大学(Loughborough Universtity)进行的数字图书馆隐私问题调查的结果,指出数字图书馆的用户隐私保护出现了一个新的问题:用户对图书馆员的高度信任与图书馆员对用户隐私保护准备不足之间的矛盾,在此基础上提出了一些建议。
