信任因素如何影响电子政务公众使用意愿?——对三种机理的实证检验

摘要：

以重庆、武汉与天津三个城市的普通公众为调研对象,运用结构方程模型对信任因素对公众使用意愿的三种影响机理(直接效应、间接效应与中介效应)分别进行实证检验。结果表明:信任因素主要以间接方式对电子政务公众使用意愿起到激励作用;相较于网络信任,政府信任对于电子政务信任和接受意愿的影响更大,也更为直接;感知有用性与感知易用性均能够显著提升公众使用意愿,感知易用性对公众使用意愿具有更强的积极影响。
