类风湿关节炎滑膜组织血管内皮生长因子转录和转录后的研究

摘要：

目的　研究类风湿关节炎 (RA)患者血清、滑液及滑膜组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平 ,探讨其在RA致病中的作用。方法　应用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附测定 (ELISA)法分别测定RA患者血清、滑液中VEGF蛋白水平 ;采用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)法和Northernblot检测滑膜组织VEGFmRNA表达水平。以骨关节炎 (OA)病人及因外伤截肢的正常人作对照。结果　RA患者血清、滑液中VEGF蛋白水平显著高于对照组 ;RA滑膜组织VEGFmRNA表达水平也明显高于对照组。结论　RA患者滑膜组织VEGF的过度表达 ,引起血管增生 ,是引起RA发病的重要因素
