糖尿病引起骨质疏松的研究现状

摘要
糖尿病引起骨质疏松已被多数学者所公认,其发病机制在基础和临床研究中均取得很大的进展。骨形成减少和骨吸收增加是导致骨量减少的基本机制,此外要考虑到如下影响因素:高胰岛素血症,糖基化终末产物在胶原纤维上的沉积,免疫异常,雌激素以及矿物质代谢紊乱,同时,糖尿病并发症以及降糖药物的使用也参与骨质疏松的发生。而对于该病的防治主要在控制血糖的基础上予以生活方式的指导,必要时加用治疗骨质疏松的药物。
