摘要：

从病因学研究和铝在老年性痴呆发病机制中的作用两个方面综述了铝与老年性痴呆的研究进展 ,综述了铝可能通过对淀粉样 β 蛋白前体和Tau蛋白、神经递质、钙稳态、脂质过氧化以及神经细胞凋亡等方面的影响在老年性痴呆的发病机制中起作用。
