摘要
在探索平衡计分卡原理与知识联盟之间联系的基础上,建立了基于平衡计分卡原理的激励协同有效性评价指标体系;然后,依据相关指标体系构建了评价激励协同有效性的模糊综合评价模型;再次,通过对辽宁省某高校与某软件开发企业的知识联盟进行问卷调查获得了研究数据,采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重;最后,按照建立的模糊综合评价模型对激励协同的有效性进行了综合评价,获得了较好的评价效果.
