乳腺癌患者创伤后成长与应对方式及生存质量的相关研究

摘要：

目的探讨乳腺癌患者的创伤后成长及其与应对方式和生存质量的关系。方法采用一般人口学资料问卷,创伤后成长评定量表,乳腺癌生存质量评定量表和医学应对问卷,对372例乳腺癌患者进行横断面调查。结果乳腺癌患者创伤后成长总分为(55.04±14.30)分;生存质量总分为(71.84±16.41)分;乳腺癌患者的创伤后成长与生存质量呈正相关,与应对方式中的面对和回避维度呈正相关,而与屈服维度呈负相关(均P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌患者的创伤后成长呈中等水平,其创伤后成长与患者的应对方式与生存质量相关。临床护理中应鼓励患者正视疾病,采取积极的应对方式,减少消极应对方式,鼓励并激发患者的创伤后成长,以提高其生存质量。
