摘要：

知母(Anemarrhena asphodeloides)的雄配子体发育有三个特点:1.除高尔基小泡直接参与胼胝质壁物质的形成外,其他小泡的活动可能与脂体物质的沉积有关。2.生殖细胞形成时,脂体分布发生明显的极性现象,它们沿着营养细胞与生殖细胞两层交界膜排列,形成所谓脂体冠。3.在小孢子阶段,细胞质中具有丰富的质体,但在第一次有丝分裂之后,全部集中在营养细胞中,而生殖细胞则完全缺乏质体。
