摘要
分析了 OCT系统中存在的主要噪声 ,得到用小功率光源实现量子限探测的条件。讨论了增加光源功率时消除过剩噪声和相位噪声的方法。通过耦合 GRIN透镜和扩束增大探测臂的回光收集率 ,以及采用带通滤波器限制系统带宽 ,进一步提高了系统灵敏度。选用中心波长1 .3μm,出纤功率 2 0μW的通讯用单模 LED作光源 ,设计成 OCT系统 ,其最小可探测的反射率优于 - 92 d B。对皮肤作了在体测量 ,取得的表皮图像与其它采用 SLD系统得到的图像同样清晰。
