摘要
由于邻苯二甲酸酯类在环境中普遍存在,其一级代谢物邻苯二甲酸单酯在一些环境中也被发现。研究表明邻苯二甲酸单酯在体内的生物活性并不降低,已造成了对人体的伤害,成为研究邻苯二甲酸酯类毒性的新热点。该文介绍了邻苯二甲酸酯的代谢机制,对邻苯二甲酸单酯的三致毒性、生殖发育毒性、对激素及核受体家族的影响进行了综述。
