经鼻腔局部用药是变应性鼻炎药物治疗中重要的手段,本文着重讨论鼻内类固醇药物、抗组胺药物、细胞膜稳定剂和减充血剂等局部用药物的成分组成、药理作用、适应证、不良反应、注意事项、药物相互作用等方面的内容,以期为临床治疗提供帮助。
