<正> 多原发性大肠癌,又称为大肠重复癌,它可同时发生,也可异时发生.近3年我科共收治同时多原发性大肠癌6例,均为二原癌.现报告如下.病例介绍例1.女,68岁.因粘液便1年余住某院。查体右上腹部扪及10×10cm 肿物,钡灌肠示钡剂达乙状结肠受阻,局部粘膜紊乱,诊断为乙状结肠癌腹腔转移,给予化疗.1986年12月住我院,CT 检查示右上腹为
