糖尿病高脂血症对微循环供氧的影响

摘要：

对51例糖尿病患者足背静脉血气变化与血脂关系的研究结果表明,高脂血症者静脉血氧分压（PvO2）增高和二氧化碳分压（PvCO2）降低;本组患者PvO2与血清甘油三酯（TG）浓度呈正相关。提示除高血糖外,高血脂亦参与改变糖尿病患者微循环灌注和供氧。
