摘要：

论文利用SATI、EXCEL及Citespace等软件,以WOS(核心合集)收录的开放政府数据研究文献为数据源,对128篇文献从论文发表时间、主要刊发期刊、论文作者分布及机构分布四个方面进行文献计量分析,以揭示国外开放政府数据研究的内容与现状。
