论中国班主任的教育意蕴及其实现——基于中国教育的特殊性与国际对话中的教育自信

摘要
班主任作为日常性的教育存在,其工作在培养目标、学生发展、教育智慧等领域直接体现着教育的意蕴。它存在于制度、工作、主体和文化等四个层面,以多元丰富的形态呈现着教育性。当前,需要中小学班主任、教育研究人员、教育决策与领导者共同开展综合性的变革,形成本土创造与国际对话的新情境,促成中国班主任领域特殊性的自觉和教育自信的建立。
