摘要
根系的形态建成对植物生长发育的好坏发挥着十分重要的作用。本文概述了植物侧根形成和生长过程中侧根原基的起始、形成、生长点的活化和侧根的伸长过程,分析了根毛形成和生长过程中根毛细胞命运的特异化、根毛的初始化和伸长的过程及其相关基因的作用。
