摘要：

目的:对国内外康复医学的康复结局评价的相关研究进行综述,为国内的康复医学工作者在康复结局评价其理论概念和临床意义等加深认识及发展上提供一点思路。方法:通过Pubmed及CNKI检索近10年来康复医学中结局评价相关的英文及中文文献,对国内外康复结局评价的研究现状和发展趋势进行分析总结。结果:本文阐述康复结局评价这一个新的康复医学概念和在当前的康复医学环境下所涵盖的意义,其对临床康复方案决策、卫生医疗服务质量和康复医疗资源配置等具有重要的影响和应用价值。
