单向式全胸腔镜肺叶切除术

<正> 电视胸腔镜手术在90年代初开展并在1992年完成了第1例肺叶切除,15年来这一微创技术用于肺癌切除逐渐被接受,并已进入美国 NCCN 早期肺癌手术治疗指南。在临床实践中,全胸腔镜肺癌切除术是目前难度很高的一类胸腔镜手术,能够熟练掌握的外科医师很少,大多采用辅助小切口并撑开肋骨的方法完成所谓的胸腔镜肺癌切除手术。全胸腔镜肺癌切除术不能较快掌握推广的
