摘要：

关系性产权是一种特别的产权属性或类别。它基于、但不从属于权利性产权,是权利性产权派生出来的非经济性权利或社会关系权利。这种权利是交易双方为了创造和合理分配更大的经济租金、减少租金消散,而在长期关系互动中形成的无形产权,其载体是长期互动关系。对这种关系性产权进行合理界定是公司和农户契约关系稳定性的基础。
