苹果砧木离体培养中玻璃化问题的研究

摘要
本试验分别从形态、解剖、生理生化特性、发生因素等方面对苹果砧木试管苗玻璃化现象进行了研究,探讨了玻璃苗成因及有效防治途径。玻璃苗发生的主要原因之一是由于培养体系水分状况不适导致试管苗结构及生理代谢发生了变化。经对比试验,认为在继代培养基中添加1.5—2.0g/l的聚乙烯醇是日前防治玻璃苗行之有效的方法。
