机会逻辑下企业持续竞争优势的形成机理——动态能力多重观点的整合与拓展

摘要
动态能力是战略管理领域的热门议题,但动态能力的构成和演化及其与持续竞争优势的关系仍缺乏清晰的研究路径。本文基于机会逻辑,整合动态能力多重观点,提炼出动态能力由组织和战略过程中具有递进关系的搜寻惯例、选择惯例和重构惯例构成;持续竞争优势的形成既是组织学习驱动动态能力演化的过程,也是通过动态能力持续改变资源与能力基础、识别和把握机会、重构运营惯例的过程;还发现作为持续竞争优势的来源,动态能力是变化环境下组织能力的共性要求,存在跨企业的"最佳实践",其作用发挥需以崇尚学习和创新的组织文化、知识治理导向的组织体制和高度柔性的组织结构为保证。
