摘要
氧化应激损伤与机体多种病理过程密切相关,如肿瘤、老年性神经退行性疾病等。核转录因子Nrf2以ARE信号通路介导并激活多种抗氧化基因和II相解毒酶基因的转录,从而减轻ROS和亲电子物质引起的细胞损伤,维持机体氧化-抗氧化的生理平衡。本文综述了Keap1-Nrf2-ARE介导抗氧化物对抗氧化应激损伤的作用和机制,为抗氧化药物机制的探讨奠定基础。Keap1-Nrf2-
